LG: Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Southern Ontario Canada but now reside in Northern Ontario.

LG: Do you have hobbies? What’s your favorite pastime?

Reading, Writing, I love to bake. Believe it or not video games.

LG: If you had a TARDIS – or any other time machine – would you revisit any period of your life? If so, what advice would you give your younger self?

I’d go back to my late teens. Advice, I actually just talked about this in another group the other day. I would tell myself not to be afraid to take chances and to start writing earlier.

LG: Tell us about something your readers would be surprised to learn about you.

I am a certified cake decorator, certified hot stone massage therapist and a certified reiki master practitioner. All I learned through all of these certifications was that none of the careers were for me.

LG: What was the kindest, nicest thing anyone has ever done to you? Was it unexpected?

My sister surprised me with front row tickets to a New Kids on the Block concert for my birthday one year. Was it unexpected, sort of, she was on a mission to find us tickets to go and had told me that all she could find were seats in the nosebleed section. I was in shock for hours when I opened the envelope.

LG: How long have you been an author? Why did you decide to write?

I have been a published author since 2018 I decided to write when one of my favorite authors opened a course on how to write a novel. My hubby surprised me by enrolling me in the course and I have never looked back!

LG: What was the inspiration(s) behind your favorite title?

A Kiss Beneath the Stars was actually thought up one morning while I was at the gym. I was surfing Pinterest and this hot god of a man appeared on my screen. He was sprawled out sexily on a bed and aside from almost falling off the elliptical, I knew he was my inspiration for Hunter Malone.

LG: Is there any message from your favorite book with which you wanted readers to walk away?

Healing takes time, but don’t be afraid to love again.
